Our work is conducted in phases. At the start of each phase we prepare a written proposal, define the scope of work we believe needs to be done and let you decide if you want to proceed. Once accepted, the first thing at the start of every phase, is to analyze the site performance. Capture the state of the 'before' picture, as it were.

Once we know the state, then we can use that as the measure for improvement. Did we make any improvement? Where? What worked? What didn't work as expected? Continuous improvement is the model for our service methodology. Metrics everywhere.

Phase 1 - Analyze

Your dentist won't do anything without a thorough checkup and x-ray of the site, and neither should we. That's the beginning of our in-depth strategic relationship. We analyze your site compared to your competition and develop specific recommendations that you can implement immediately to improve your search engine score.

Phase 2 - Free Content

We begin with an analysis of the implementation results of phase 1. In this phase we propose and deliver both further refinements of the recommendations of phase 1 and deliver new content that increases the credibility and relevancy of your site.

Phase 3 - Sticky Content

Now, you've got more visitors, but need sticky content for them to leave their contact details behind. You do want leads, right?

Phase 4 - Retainer Service
